Convenient location near airport bus route and bus terminal. Upgraded room had enough space for wheelchair and bathroom had handles for assisted shower. Good breakfast with fresh fruit and tasty eggs benedict. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Sarah. Complimentary drinks in room.

This place is right in the center, within walking distance to most sites and just a short walk from the train station. The service is top notch with room service, dry cleaning, laundry, and housekeeping making all efforts to make you feel at home. The welcome drink along with the room amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, sitting area. The dining experience is delightful with options for special diet menus.

Although staff is generally friendly, the customer service needs to improve as there was one patronizing receptionist that left a bad taste in my mouth. Nevertheless, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious experience that is worth it's value.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions. The spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise, with tartan slippers and dressing gowns provided for that extra touch. The minibar selection was great, and it was even included in the price, a definite plus.

There were a few inconveniences. The noise level on our floor was quite high at night, with banging doors that kept me awake.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel located right in the shopping district and just a short stroll away from Center station and Queen station. The location was unbeatable! The rooms were huge and the beds were comfortable, probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, awesome for a restful night's sleep. I also appreciated the free mini bar and snacks in the room, along with the complimentary tea, candy, slippers, and robe. The large bathtub was perfect for a relaxing soak.

The hotel is located right in the centre of the shopping district, making it perfect for those wanting to explore the city's retail offerings. it is conveniently close to the taxi rank in George Square, making transportation a breeze.

One drawback is the limited bar opening times, which could be inconvenient for guests wanting a pre-dinner drink.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, with easy access to everything in downtown Glasgow. Plus, it was directly in front of where the 500 bus from the airport drops off, making transportation easy. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations.
